Do you have to play sport to use this platform?

No not at all. This platform is for anyone.


What do I get for the subscription?

Becoming a subscribed member allows you to gain full access to the online classes, as well as all the new releases.


Do you have to be flexible to do this?
Not at all. This platform is here to help you improve your flexibility. I began yoga not being able to reach my toes as my hamstrings were so tight. But through little bits everyday I improved, and you can too!
How long do subscriptions last?
You can do a Monthly or Annual subscription and cancel anytime.
Where should I feel a stretch?

Don’t panic. Everybody is different. If I say that you may feel it a certain area and you don’t. It doesn’t necessarily mean you are getting it wrong. Your body may not feel something that intensely in that position. If you aren’t convinced you aren’t getting things right. Refer to the FAQ below.

How do i know if i'm doing it right?

If you aren’t confident you are getting things right. Try taking a video of yourself performing the session, review if it looks similar to the video. If you are still unsure, please get in touch and I’ll be sure to help where I can. 

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes you can. Either by accessing your account in “My Account” followed by “My Subscription” and select “Cancel”.
